- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is an amazing gym. For me it began with Joe giving me a full rundown of all the state of the art equipment, which was second to none. It's more a case of what don't they have. Literally spoilt for choice. Joe's passion was fully evident and I was sold. He motivated me to get going and set me up with some PT sessions with Kyla; who was amazing. A kind of 'smiling assassin'!! She sorted me a full programme and inside only 2 weeks, the results where there to see on the body scan - it doesn't lie.
