Terrible experience today. Pressed the button for help and waited, waited waited. No one bothered. Two were on the express lane talking, looked up at me then carried on talking. one then spotted her friends coming to the cigarette counter and went and served them. I left my groceries and walked out. Apparently Coles has forgotten there are other supermarkets out there. Lost me as a customer.
